Title: Ham Baked in Cider

1 Good size center slice of
  Smoked ham, 2" thick
16 Whole cloves
2tbDry mustard
1/2cMaple syrup
1/2cCider

Spread ham with mustard. Stick cloves into fat. Place in casserole and pour cider and syrup over ham. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Vermonter
